Fuel Scarcity & it effect on Transport price.

My fellow Nigerians i want to ask a sincere question. Due to the increase of fuel price and the scarcity of fuel in the country we having been experience an increase in Transport fare,why is it like that????

I Remembered when the price of fuel was 90N per litre we paid 50N as a general cost of transport but thats depending on the distance.
When the pump price reduced to #80N we still pay 50N dont you think as the fuel price has drop the transport need to also drop???

Now their is fuel scarcity & fuel price has increased from 80N to 200N per litre in the country and everybody are at home becouse they dont have money to pay for their transport fare..

Now the question is how much are we going to pay for transport fare if fuel price is 200N per price
